We will write to you before anything changes, with details of the membership discount offered to early participants. Nothing you made is deleted, and everything you generated stays viewable. Nothing converts to a paid plan automatically.

Yes. Every account is free, and a free account can brainstorm up to four ideas. Projects start at Member, which includes FORGE · Focus, and Pro adds FORGE · Observe. You buy a project grade only when you want to take that project through the later FORGE phases.

Yes. Getting started takes you from your first idea to a working brainstorm, and the docs have a guide for each part of IPGuru. Every screen in the app also has its own Help.

Both. Start greenfield from a blank page, or brownfield from a product that already exists, uploading source material to your vault or pointing us at a website. We steer you toward genuine novelty, not a copy.

Almost anything. Documents, images, web pages, audio, and even YouTube links, which we transcribe automatically. Uploaded images are described on ingestion, so everything becomes searchable, cited knowledge.

There are three things you can hold, and they are independent. A free account costs nothing. A membership is a subscription on your account at Member (US$9 a month), Pro (US$18) or Max (US$36), or 20% less paid annually, and it sets your access across every idea. A project grade is a one-time purchase for one project at Bronze (US$399), Silver (US$699) or Gold (US$999), all-inclusive for its enabled capabilities and permanent for that project. Yes. Deliverables generated in the free loop carry an IPGuru.ai watermark. Upgrading the project removes it.

A PIVOT archives your current project and seeds a new one, carrying your work and your grade forward at no extra charge.

No. IPGuru complements attorneys. You arrive with a substantive draft rather than a blank page, which lowers the attorney's hours and your cost. You keep authority over every output.

Real documents for the path you choose. For a patent: an invention disclosure, prior art findings, concept figures, drafted claims, a mock examination, a plain-English reading, and a single attorney binder ready for review or self-filing. For other goals: documents such as a trade-secret record, an investor pitch brief, a crowdfunding campaign plan, an open-source release and licence plan, a grant proposal outline or a learning plan. What is open to you depends on your membership and project grade.

No. Reading your work is free. Crew turns, documents and images use your membership's allowance, the same as in the app. Connecting an assistant does not add or change your allowance.

No. You sign in on IPGuru's own page. Your assistant receives a connection that works only through IPGuru's connector. You can remove it at any time in your assistant's settings.
