Project upgrades
A project upgrade is a one-time purchase attached to a single project, at Bronze, Silver or Gold. It is permanent for that project, opens every FORGE phase for it, and it never renews. A project needs a membership, Member or above, and a project upgrade stays with its project if that membership later ends. Members pay 10% less on every project upgrade, including a move up, with their member coupon. Prices are in US dollars and are shown without tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and is shown before you pay.

Moving up
Move to a higher level at any time. We cancel your current subscription without a refund and sell you the new one at its list price, less a credit for the unused part of your current term. The credit is worked out on whole days, against the amount you actually paid, in the currency of your original order, and it is shown on the order and your receipt before you confirm.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current term. Nothing is refunded, because you keep what you paid for until it runs out, and nothing is deleted.
A move up is its own item at a fixed price, being the difference between the two project upgrades. The higher project upgrade supersedes the lower one for that project. Nothing is refunded for the project upgrade you already bought, and the difference is all you pay.
